"Nice people, very professional, they really took care of me and my wife. We had Sy Bucci help pick out a car, and Polad Germchi helped arrange financing. We wound up being over there so often over the course of four days that the gal at the front desk was practically greeting us like family.We couldn't make up our minds. They tolerated our back-and-forth patiently. I will say, it helps if you are experienced in buying a car - but we had never before bought a used car, and were pretty nervous about it. Throughout the process I came to the conclusion that they really had our best interests at heart. Partway through, Sy got sick. We weren't happy initially with the condition of the used car we bought - paid for detailing etc, and it really wasn't up to snuff - but the next day Sy was back on his feet, drove to our house, left his own car and took ours over to the dealership, and made the detailing all good. We never had to leave the house and sit around the dealership waiting. As we are retirees, this was quite welcome. And we love the car. No one should go out shopping for either a car or a house without some familiarity with financing, and no one should waste people's time not knowing what you want. The people here are nice; they will work with you as they did with us (we gave them a run for their money). Good job, Sy and Polad et al., and good job Grubbs!
